RMA - Returns management

This form is intended to collect request for repair and/or returns for devices belonging to STT Systems captura systems.

Before filling out the form, please note:

  1. Customers must contact support before any item can be returned.
  2. This form collects an RMA REQUEST.
  3. Once it has been verified, we will proceed to grant you an RMA number, valid for 15 days, from the date of issue.
  4. Please do not ship any package without a valid RMA number.
  5. All returned products must be accompanied by a valid RMA number. We cannot accept product returns after the RMA expiration date. RMAs cannot be extended or reissued.
